Lisa Dunavin, ExCL Founder and Coach

I am a coach, a servant leader, a mentor, an advocate for diversity and inclusion, and a culture and workplace strategist. I am referred to as a trailblazer as the first woman to reach the top ranks of Atlanta’s Commercial Real Estate industry. I was honored as the recipient of Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 2015 Most Admired CEO award and NAIOP’s 2017 Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence. I know intensely challenging work, subtle and blatant discrimination, and incredible support and advocacy.

I am grateful for all the experiences and the lessons learned, and I am most grateful for the opportunities afforded me to make a meaningful positive impact on the lives of others. Whether employees, colleagues, clients, competitors, or mentees, it is here that I have been the most rewarded and where I choose to spend my time, effort and resources going forward as a professional coach.

I founded ExCL Coaching as a platform from which to coach, counsel, guide and partner with individuals, teams and companies to dig deep and stretch to surpass goals and exceed expectations.
